We have a very good infrastructure of manufacturing of woven sacks can be broadly classified in to following stages:
TAPE LINE
The company is equipped with latest tape line extrusions with an output of 7 Metric tons/Day with high speed winders. We are capable to manufacture yarn from 400 Denier to 1500 Denier with different colors and shades as per customer’s requirement.
CIRCULAR LOOMS
The company is equipped with latest circular weaving machines with an output of approx. 3200 Meters/day per machine. We are capable to manufacture tubular fabric, center slit, side slits and gusseted fabrics range from 12 Inches to 50 Inches in tabular form.
LAMINATION/EXTRUSION COATING LINE
The company is equipped with latest Lamination/ Extrusion Coating Line. We are capable to manufacture sandwich lamination of Woven Fabric – Non Woven Fabric, Woven Fabric – BOPP Film lamination, Woven Fabric – Paper, Single and Double Side Lamination.
BAG CONVERSION LINE
The company is equipped with latest high speed bag conversion line with a production capacity of 1,00,000 bags / day. We can manufacture bags with cold as well as heat cutting, with single and double fold at the bottom with double stitch..We are equipped with latest Auto Volvomatic cement Bag making machine.
TWIST / SIDE GUSSET MACHINE FOR WOVEN FABRIC
The company is equipped with latest twist gusset machine to gusset both Laminated as well as unlaminated fabrics. With this device we are capable to gusset from 1 Inch to 4 Inch on either sides of fabric width ranging from 15 Inch to 30 Inch.
AUTOMATIC PRINTING
The company is equipped with latest automatic both side printing with a production capacity printing 1,20,000 bags /day with range from single color to Six color.
MICRO PERFORATION MACHINE
We are having world Class Company’s i.e. Burckhardt of Switzerland’s Micro perforation unit. Micro- perforated PP Woven sack is typically used for the products that would need air to breath when packed into the PP woven sack. These products mainly consist of fruits, vegetables and the fresh baked food. Woven Bags with Micro Perforation have high strength and ensures durable standards.
ROLL REFORMING MACHINE
The company is equipped with latest reforming machine strengthen us to achieve the zero defect fabrics and sacks.
BALE PRESSING MACHINE
The company is equipped with latest bale pressing machine with a capacity from 25 Tons to 40 Tons. We got advanced packing technology to pack bags without any creasing also with box shape and as a result we are able to stuff maximum bags to meet our export client’s requirement.
CHILLERS AND COMPRESSORS
The company is equipped with latest chilling plant and compressors to support all machinery for their smooth functioning. The capacity of our chillers are from 30TR.
